Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Aluminum Fabricator/Welder to join our production team. The ideal candidate has experience welding aluminum, reading shop drawings, and fabricating custom products with a strong focus on quality.
This is not an assembly-line position. Every trailer is custom built, so attention to detail and craftsmanship are essential. Responsibilities Fabricate and weld custom aluminum marine trailers Read and interpret shop drawings and fabrication prints Measure, cut, fit, and assemble aluminum components Install cross members, bunks, brackets, guide-ons, winch posts, and trailer accessories Ensure all welds meet AAA Marine quality standards Operate fabrication equipment including saws, grinders, drill presses, and hand tools Maintain a clean and organized work area Work with the production team to meet build schedules Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who:

Qualifications Required Experience welding aluminum using MIG Ability to read measuring tapes accurately Ability to read fabrication drawings Experience using fabrication tools and equipment Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
