What We’re Looking For:
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Detail-oriented mindset and good organizational skills
Experience in trades (carpentry, metalwork, etc.) is required
Boating knowledge or interest is helpful — but not required
Eagerness to learn a skilled trade in a niche industry

Requirements

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

•       Background in working with hand tools (i.e. carpentry/metalwork/engineering, etc.)
•       Good interpersonal skills and strong work ethic
•       Detail-oriented and organized
•       Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
•       Ability to think through processes and find solutions to challenges (problem solve)
•       Ability to work independently or within a team to complete projects
•       Maintain a clean, professional appearance 
•       Ability to interact professionally with the boating public
•       Driver’s License
•       Boating knowledge helpful

CONDITIONS:

•       Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
•       Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
•       Must be agile and able to get on and off boats easily (boat yoga)
•       Must be able to read, write and speak English
•       Must have a valid driver’s license with a reasonable driving record
